This article will describe how to retrieve a member whose membership has been archived.
Retrieving a Membership From the Archive
1. Login to your Member365 Administrator Dashboard.
2. Search for the desired contact by entering their name into the “Search Contacts” bar at the top.
3. Click “Membership MMS” on the left-hand menu.
4. Click on the green “Unarchive” button.
5. In the box that appears, click “Confirm”.
Congratulations, you have restored an archived membership!
