Events with Member365

Planning and hosting events — seminars, fundraisers, workshops, etc. — is a great way to keep your membership involved and engaged. Fortunately, Member365 features a set of useful tools that lets you plan events, sell tickets, and offer add-ons like meal plans and workshops.

Registration, Tickets, Workshops — All in One Place

When creating an event through Member365, you never have to leave our interface. Users can register for an event, buy their tickets, and even pick their workshops and meal plans themselves. If you need it for this event, we’ve probably thought of it.

Flexible Options

There’s a wide variety of ways to customize the registration process: add early bird dates, withdrawal fees, or link to an outside site for registration if you already have one! You can create multiple ticket types each with their own fees and features, and select which membership tiers can register for each one.

Importing Made Easy

If you already know who’s coming, importing a list of people to be automatically registered is as simple as uploading a spreadsheet.

Keep Track

When you create an event through Member365, you also gain the ability to easily create reports: who attended, who bought tickets, and what your revenue for the event looks like.

No Financial Hassles

You don’t even have to leave the interface for financial management: the registration process creates invoices automatically, and you can process payments and refunds yourself, which minimizes the time you spend with external payment processors and makes preparing financial reports easy.

Recognize Participation

Member365 even includes tools for creating name badges and certificates, so your members can have tokens of their involvement in your event.
